News![]() The sea waves at the fleet An open sea with waves around 1 meter high received the fleet as they started the last day of the Archipelago Raid 2009. The start was at 0500 CET under a red sky and with Korsso Tower silouette in the background. The fleet was quite scattered to the start. About 10 boats were late over the line. Citus is leading the fleet followed by Audio Network and Thule, who seemed to have a rig problem before the start and were late to leave the dock. In the next pack there are McDonalds-Huysman, Cobalt, Tacktick Suunto, Garmin and Bohica. Then around 500 meters behind is GB Glace and Blue Team. The British boat capsized some minutes ago. 12 knots from SE and a beautiful light all over the archipelago are good conditions for the last performance. The Raid will miss in this special day all the teams that have been forced to retire in this edition: Swe 558, Black or White, W4, Team Premiere Global Services, Swe 49 and Wipak.
